Still -4 for me. Logging on to Incarna ****es me off. Games that **** me off, well, I don't log on to them. The decision was made on the day of the release. All the amusement following that has just been amusement.

2. Does having Advanced Weapon Upgrades level 5 make much difference? - in Skill Discussions [original thread]
You need it for Marauders. And it can make a difference on very tight fits on high end ships. IMHO, the best place to put the learning skill refund is on something that you are not mapped to, and will never map to. Like a Charisma skill. Wing Com...

4. PI in wormholes - in Science and Industry [original thread]
If you get the minmatar Prowler Transport, you get 2 high slots. Cloak and core probe launcher. And up to 8.7k cargo with expanders and rigs. So you could find a w-space, set up a PI for P1 or P2 production, let that run, and with a couple of tri...

5. New Dev Blog: Iterative development and what's happening in 2011 - in EVE Information Portal [original thread]
Fundamentally, my issue with the current development plan is, I can see nothing new and interesting in Eve, for me, for 2 years. (18 mo to finish current, 6 mo to create something new.) Dust? I don't own a console, and that is not likely to chang...

7. adv. planetology III gives better results than adv. planetology IV... - in Science and Industry [original thread]
I've found that no toon seems to have "perfect" scanning. Observations: 1. 3 different toons, 3 different locations (all relatively close") for a hotspot. 2. Same toon, hotspot is always in the same location. This implies that there is a hidden "...

8. Client Calendar Feedback - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
The CCP events for the alliance tourney show up as "Not Responded". However, there is no way for me to respond to them. So I am left with a bunch of events in the "Not Responded" state. This lowers the utility of the state, as I (the generic user)...

10. Software Development Management - in Assembly Hall [original thread]
Having read the patch notes very carefully for Tyrannis, I notice a fair number of missing changes. Two simple examples: - Overview distance right justified instead of left justified. - Loss of T2 markings from ships in hangars and items in cargo...

11. Dev's should install patch today(serious) - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]

12. FD-MLG Repair Shop - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
I was at the mass test too. And, btw, you are agreeing that SISI is a work server. Because, you were helping to figure out the lag problems. Does that sound like play or like work? And I bet you followed the instructions while doing that test. Hm...

13. FD-MLG Repair Shop - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
For some reason, the "test" server seems to have become a play PvP server for some part of the community. SISI is a "work" server. It is meant for testing, not for play. Thus the rules about engagement and podding, etc.

15. Routing, the dirty way out - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
So, originally we had really painful routing. That "got fixed". Then we ended up with unrouted extractions, because this time our survey was 2 units higher than the previous extraction. If your 2nd extraction was less, everything was fine. This ha...
